The Marble menu celebrates the quintessential South African tradition of cooking on fire – and not just meat, but a host of ingredients including fish, poultry, vegetables and breads, all expertly cooked on coals.

Set against sweeping harbour and mountain views and anchored in its open fire kitchen, Marble reimagines brunch, a Cape Town favourite, as an easy, indulgent Sunday experience. Inspired by the South African “7 Colours” tradition, the experience reimagines a familiar Sunday ritual through Marble’s fire-led cooking as a contemporary expression of nostalgia and heritage.
Each plate is shaped with colour, generosity and intention, while live music carries Marble’s unmistakable atmosphere across the city this winter.
